GOOD SIZE ROOM FOR families. The main problem is when taking a shower, the water gets on the floor. needing to ask towels to keep the floor dry. poor remodel or maybe recc installing a shower door instead of curtains. quick response for fixing electrical outlets on the nightstands. after the 1st night, my cell phone did not charge and I was upset because I was going to Disneyland!! friendly staff, good breakfast and close to many important places like Target!

The beds are terrible, rooms aren't the cleanest - particularly the bathroom. They're working on remodeling. However, if my room was remodeled it must have been done with minimal resources/money - quality looks terrible. Staff was nice/friendly/helpful.

The staff were all accommodating and friendly. The room had a lounge area, kitchenette, table and chairs and then an adjoining spacious room with 2 queen beds. Lovely vanity seperate from bathroom. The hotel was being upgraded so the pool and gym were not available however we were offered to use a hotel besides ours. Home away from home. Modern room.

We were quite happy with the staff at here. They realized there were renovations going on, so the bent over backwards to try to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Even giving a key to the hotel next door to use their jacuzzi.- Having said that: The buffet was unable to keep up with demand during breakfast hours. Extremely long waits for eggs, potatoes and breakfast meats. There was a rather large cockroach in our bathroom. I know things get shaken around during renovations, so I just killed it and kept it moving. Also we went thinking that there would be a shuttle to Disneyland based on the way the ad is displayed. The shuttle for a family of five was over $40 a day, same as parking so if you are choosing based on saving on parking, the shuttle is not an option.

Gabriel hands down best front desk agent!! He was super kind and helpful, made our stay super comfortable. The hotel itself was a great option for our Disneyland trip! Wish we could’ve enjoyed the pool but we didn’t have time.

My family and I recently stayed here due to home renovations and as first timers at this hotel it was a very good and comfortable experience. The staff is so friendly and understanding. Everyday when we went down they always greeted us and asked us about our day especially the receptionist Valeria? I believe !!! She’s super nice and didn’t make us feel any way other than comfortable! She always talked to us with genuine interest ! As for everything else the rooms were so nice and comfortable! The housekeepers were always nice when we asked for stuff and very understanding of the “privacy please” sign we had due to us having cats in the room. The rooms are quite spacious and have a kitchen area !! Definitely would recommend going here (:! The only “ downside” is the parking and having one entrance and elevator but it’s minor because it’s only for renovations that the other elevator is closed! The parking is quite a lot it’s just a little walk to the main entrance so nothing too severe !(:
