"We absolutely loved our stay! The accommodation was beautifully presented, immaculately clean, and excellent value for money. The owners were so warm and welcoming, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The generous continental breakfast was a lovely touch. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend due to proximity to the city."

"The location was perfect for our needs and the room size was great. I’m still not sold on folding louvre doors for the bathroom. I love my partner but I’m not keen on hearing him on the toilet first thing in the morning. The breakfast was great and served to our liking which is much nicer than buffets. The wait staff and reception were very pleasant and helpful."

"Confusion over package perks! Drinks in happy hour etc… Breakfast add in’s Generally didn’t get told what we were entitled to. The room was amazing, very happy with it! •Through Expedia App. asked questions and never got an answer with communication with contacting the hotel. I rang Expedia directly, for answers. I also rang the hotel directly as well and Spoke to a young lady a few days prior to our booking and she was not helpful and had no idea."

"The Motel is a small part at the back of a large complex or Restaurant, Bar and Pokies, and so doesn't have the usual focus of a motel. I wandered about looking for the reception to check in, when I found it and the girl seemed more worried about us booking a table for dinner, which we didn't actually need as we were visiting friends. There are Electric Vehicle chargers in the shopping centre next door, which was a big reason for us making the booking."

"Very good overall, but the aircon control is a pain, the “sunshine” mode just doesn’t work, it blows very cold air for a bit and then stops, then blows very cold again… it’s unpleasant in both situations, it’s either very cold or hot, never where you wanted it to be"

There’s a bus stop less than two minutes away so very easy to get to the city. There are no lifts so be mindful of which floor you get put on if you need assistance with accessibility. "actual room is older than what the photos showed. Look like a 80s motel but near to a ferry terminal which makes it very easy to explore the surrounding."
