"The location was perfect for our needs and the room size was great. I’m still not sold on folding louvre doors for the bathroom. I love my partner but I’m not keen on hearing him on the toilet first thing in the morning. The breakfast was great and served to our liking which is much nicer than buffets. The wait staff and reception were very pleasant and helpful."

"Our room was much better than I anticipated. It was extremely spacious and had absolutely everything you need - even a dishwasher and washing machine! The view was awesome and the location was perfect! Will definitely stay again."

"This is usually my hotel of choice when I have to stay in the city for work because the staff are friendly and parking isn't a pain. This stay was nice the room was big and comfortable however, I had so many issues trying to cast a show to the tv it was painful nothing would work and it really let down my stay."

"We were greeted by on-going renovation in the lobby during our stay in mid-Nov 2024. Nothing was mentioned in the websites. Room was an odd shape layout; maybe due to the building structure. Hence, the room wasn't as spacious as I had expected of a 41m sq room. Clean room. Slight stain in the bathroom. Housekeeping every 3 days."

"Can't beat the location. The property was quiet. It's old but was clean. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and kind. My room had a view of the office building wall next door and the mechanical equipment. Not great. The only real issue was the room was not ready by check in time, 2pm. They held my bag and requested that I return at 2:45. Still wasn't ready but was before 3pm. I'd stay there again if in Brisbane though."

"Stains on bathroom tiles, comforters, towels, walls. Dryer doesn't work, both sinks and one of the showers don't drain, lift floors are dirty, no front desk after 6 pm. Called for service was put on hold forever. No one answered. Some kitchen utensils are dirty: spoons. Water heater was caked with mineral deposits. All these amenities we couldn't use. Not asking for perfection of everything, but with so many things not working and being dirty, this stay is not pleasant. We washed two full...
