Upon arrival, I was assigned an accessible room that I had not requested. This made me feel very uncomfortable, especially since the balcony was obstructed by the back of a restaurant, offering no view whatsoever.
After expressing my concerns, I requested a room change. While I was moved to another room, it was on a lower floor facing the car park, despite the fact that there were other rooms with beautiful views of the swimming pool and landscape. This felt like a missed opportunity for a more enjoyable stay.
Additionally, the communication between staff members was quite poor. One staff member informed me that my luggage had been sent to my new room, but I later discovered that it was still in the left luggage room. This lack of coordination only added to my frustration.
Lastly, I was disappointed to find that there was no restaurant available in the hotel. The explanation given was that it was closed since COVID-19. The lack of dining option was particularly inconvenient, especially given the hotel is located in a suburb area.
Overall, my stay did not meet my expectations, and I hope the management addresses these issues for future guests.
