"The room was dirty. I had to have the staff come up to make the room warmer, he was able to do. The air filter had not been cleaned. There really is no breakfast. The $15 is nice but you quickly go over because everything is so overpriced. I've been here before this was a bit disappointing .Location is great."

"Spacious room with multiple closets so ample room for luggage and clothing. Sleek, stylish really big luxury shower. Very comfortable beds/pillows with good air conditioning made for a great sleep. Daily housekeeping did great. We were on the 14th floor and the noise from the next door building rooftop nightclub was a downer. For us trying to sleep and we could her the lyrics of the songs from another building was a bit absurd. Also the restaurant and bar in our hotel was closed which we didn’t know until we got there. An almost great experience was good/okay."

"The hotel’s priority seems to be the club upstairs and after a certain hour in the afternoon they dedicate 3 of the 4 elevators for those patrons and hotel guest are left with only one elevator to access, so a longer wait..The elevators themselves have night club lighting so the numbers are very difficult to see which creates a scramble because once you clear your key on the lock pad, you have to quickly find your floor number which requires your phone flashlight. Comical really. They had Bigalow products, which I love, but my lotion was empty, so that was a bummer. TV did not have access to my subscriptions, which most do now, and I was planning to watch the last episode of a favorite series, which was not possible. Location great, not a warm feeling from the staff, cleaners did a fine job."

"It's a good hotel when you want to go about your business. It serves its purpose if you're visiting for a short stay and it's in a convenient location. I felt safe, everyone just minds their business but there if you need help. Everything about the stay was simple, check in/check out, requesting towels, and the room itself. The shower water pressure was HIGH and like you were on a water ride but it did it'] s job. Thank you "Canal Loft Hotel" for having us!"
