"That was disappointing. They offered a meal on the room.for staying..they gave a ticket saying. My Wife ate and left a tip on the room and we were charged for the breakfast which was supposed to complimentary."

Booked king suite w balcony on Expedia. Said no more of that room when arrived but Got ‘Upgrade’ but was really downgrade cuz went from king bed to small queen maybe even double so one had to sleep on cot. Air didn’t work in bedroom so hot in ther. Again try somewhere else "

"Stayed here for 4 night with family. The price and location were good. Near Times Square and subways. Many restaurants on the block and coffee shop across the street. Rooms were spacious for NYC. Rooms were clean but there was a musty smell in the bathrooms. Not all rooms have a fridge. Staff were pleasant and there was a sitting area off the lobby. Our rooms had no view. 2 elevators, one was very small. Overall, nice stay. "
