I love this hotel. This was my second stay, the staff is so kind and helpful, I had to ask for my room to be moved due to noise and the front desk was so great about getting me moved right away. The rooms are very comfortable this trip I worked in my room for two days and had the space to comfortably do so. Ill be back the next time Im in Toronto for sure!

The room was spacious and clean, crisp linens, great water pressure in the shower and the air conditioning worked very well which are usually complaints from my husband. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The onsite pub was a bonus as we were too rushed to enjoy local restaurants, so convenient and the cocktails were great. Underground parking linked to lobby by elevator.

Beautifully kept. Spacious. Perfect amenities (thank you - everything smelled so good!). Instructions left by video for everything that could have raised a question. Perfect location (just outside Portree - so isolated, surrounded by scenery and calm, but a two minute drive to everything in town. The trails around were much loved for morning runs. And very central to all our day trips (Storr, Tallisker, fairy Pool, Dunvegan, Quiraing, Eilean Donan). Highly recommend.

The staff was always smiling and helpful. I loved the extra services like the 5-6 pm wine bar with pizza and that lemonade and water was always available.
