"the unit i stayed at the 10th floor is extremely cold in the room. when I checked in, I was surprised to see staff already in my unit changing the heater, they are very nice. however, the whole unit still feels cold.

"Just spent my birthday at the Riu Plaza and it what an experience. The staff went above and beyond and made my day special. I stayed at their 1 King bed deluxe with sofa bed. The room is on the smaller side as everyone mentions but it has everything I needed. Bed was very comfortable, bathroom was big and with a rainshower, ac/heater works well. "This was my second time staying at the guest house. The location is fantastic, and I find the check-in process very efficient. The room is basic but clean and comfortable.
The staff has also been wonderful about returning my passport, which seems to have fallen out of my backpack.
If you need a solid location to stay without fancy extras, this is a great option. Can easily recommend! "

"We had a great stay at the Bellair Hotel in Yorkville. The place was super clean—we really appreciated how well everything was kept up. The vibe of the hotel was fantastic and made us feel comfortable right away. We loved being there and would definitely come back. Highly recommend it!
One small thing that would make it even better—a humidifier in the rooms would be a game changer, especially during the harsh dry weather. It's something guests would really appreciate. Also, having kitchen paper...
