"We stayed at the Tempo with our kids and had a great stay. The location was great for exploring the city. This is one of the only hotels I’ve seen offer two king beds which was a huge bonus, not to mention the beds were super comfy! The hotel was clean and the staff was super friendly. Their espresso martini at the bar in the best one I’ve ever had! Richard providing excellent service in the restaurant. Would definitely stay here again!"

"This was a wonderful place to stay in DC. It was a great place because it was was within walking distance of many of the DC sites. It was also close to many top-notch restaurants. The staff was welcoming and helpful. The elevators were timely. It had a fine fitness room and lounge. The place was large and clean. "

"Check-in felt very rushed and we were given a room between the electrical closet and the "telephone" room. We were charged $200 for "amenities" with no explanation of what those were and when a $70 charge appeared on my credit card, I was told it was for the Amenities like Water in the room (which is not even Spring Water), premium WiFi (which had warnings of it being very insecure so I did not use it) and a complimentary Cocktail (who knew??). $35/day for "Amenities" was not worth it. "Excellent property, clean, nice staff, valet rates are a little high there are parking garages in walking distance for cheaper. Also the room I got says city view when it’s literally just the valet outside the window. Nice stay overall."

"The staff were friendly and helpful providing information about what was in the neighborhood. They even put out a stand of umbrellas on a rainy day! The extra space and having a kitchen area was a major plus. On the negative side we found an empty water bottle laying in the closet, cellophane candy wrappers on the floor in the living room, and had to get the "engineer" up to the room to fix the TV.
