"The Hotel was absolutely fabulous & certainly lived up to expectations , We had a suite on the 14th floor . The Housekeeping was brilliant & the suite was extremely comfortable . The staff could not have been more professional , helpful & informative . I cannot name them all but Barbara on Reception . "No temp control in room. Not the usual amenities of a higher priced hotel. Room had no window to look out of. Depressing and they told me we had been upgraded Over 500.00 a night. Not appropriate pricing Location is excellent but still…"

"Hotel is in a great location Midtown to easily access all the sights by walking and is 5 mins walk to Grand Central station for access to the subway and trains. Rooms are very clean and well equipped with tea / coffee and fridge facilities. Staff very helpful and friendly. Well equipped gym with cardio machines and a good selection of dumbbells for weight training. Definitely recommend this hotel"

"We loved the whole aesthetic of the hotel-the books, the Dewey decimal system themed rooms- it is a great themes in keeping with it’s proximity to the nypl. We made good use of the library room. It was a great place to play cards, have breakfasts, or sit and read. We will be back!"

"All goood"

"The rooms are clean and nice and the staff is helpful. It’s nice to have a bar at the rooftop."

"What a great location, and such a stunning property. The staff were all extremely friendly, knowledgeable and super helpful. The room was very appealing, comfortable and well-appointed. Beds were big, comfortable and everything was clean and modern. The wi-fi, however, was excruciatingly slow and the mini-bar fridge was more of a chilling drawer, which didn't hold much. Loved having the record player delivered to the room, with a cool vinyl selection. Overall, a great home base for our NYC...

"The reusable water bottles with the water dispenser was very great to have nearby!"

"Staff were delightful"

"Great location, staff were helpful and kind. Housekeeping walked into our room twice without knocking, which I’ve never experienced before in many many hotel stays. That was not ideal. TV half-worked, mini fridge was insanely loud. Shoved a rag under the fridge in the middle of the first night to quiet it down and it helped enough to let us sleep. Other than that it was solid."

"It was a great time and experience. Thank you!"
