"It was pretty good. They gave me a bus pass for my entire stay and helped me with navigating around the city. This was not given to me at check in, so you might have to ask. It’s not too far from the old town and the city is very walkable. If you like walking, this hotel is good. Breakfast was also okay. The room was spacious. "

"Beautiful property! Wonderful customer service. Breakfast was fantastic. As an American traveler it was a little rough because of no AC in the rooms but seemed to be cooler in the hotel itself. But we brought fans and that helped a lot. Would stay there again. You can’t beat the views!"

"We just traveled the past 3 weeks through Europe and this was our favorite place we stayed. We are a family of 4 and stayed in the top suite (#9), which is like a 300 year old building- super unique experience. Very clean with modern touches but you could feel the history. This combined with their exceptionally friendly and helpful staff (Dominik was just one of them) really took it all to the next level. Great location to go explore amazing Salzburg. Can't recommend it enough. "

"The service was excellent! From front desk, bell hops, room service attendants and even the person who oversees the breakfast hours are all incredibly superb. "Although there's no reception, the check in and check out was seamless and the guests is taken care of through communication via the messages.
