"The hotel lobby was nice. The bar was nice. I never got to the pool. Our first night it took us several hours to get service at the restaurant. Seriously understaffed with untrained help. But they still charged us €70 for the meal. The soup was good but not that good! I must have hit my head 2 or 3 times a day in the room - it had a low ceiling! Great central location for haupfbahnhof!"

"Although my son and I booked a twin room we found when we arrived there was only doubles. After 30 minutes frantically trying to sort out a twin the reception staff managed to get us one. I think they moved two twin beds from single rooms into a double room and took the double bed out. The staff were lovely and the hotel is very nice although a bit expensive. We visited when 200,000 Scotland Supporters were in Munich so the Hotel was extremely busy."

"The hotel is located less than 5 mins walk from the Central train station . Our room was well layout and beds very comfortable. The accommodation and staff were extremely helpful especially Ann who took time to assist us with our issues for our continued trips .
