"We booked here because it was close to universal studios. But only one elevator worked and the staff was short handed at night, so buying anything from the little snack area took almost 40 minutes in a line. I also purchase items from the gift shop in the lobby and was charged for items I did not receive. When asked for an itemized receipt, the clerk began to act like she did not speak English. "They only had 1 elevator working during my stay which seems to be a problem for many people from doing research. My keycard would not work either when trying to get into my hotel room. The staff was nice but they just had alot of maintenance issues. The property is old. I dont think the price is worth it to be honest. The beds were comfortable and they were clean sheets. Ac was nice and cool"

"The hotel is in a great location. Restaurants, Shops and Universal Studios theme parks are nearby. Unfortunately the breakfast was not the best, the waffles were premade and soggy, the eggs were bland. We stayed for 8 days, the breakfast was not tasty and repetitive the only thing they changed was waffles to pancakes and sausage to ham. Some silverware was not washed properly. When checking out, one of the front desk staff pretended to take a call to avoid helping out the line that was being created."
