Even this was a saga, does not take credit cards. On a positive note, breakfast was good . For your health and sanity avoid this hotel…"

"This was my first stay at this property. The location is terrific for meetings in central Trivandrum. The property itself is great for a business traveller. The breakfast was excellent with a wide choice of both local and national favourites. The staff were unremittingly friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend."

"Bedsheets were not changed before our arrival. We had to ask twice for them to be changed. Room was comfortable but not clean. Attention to detail would make the stay that much more enjoyable. "
