"It was amazing. From the moment I arrived till the moment I left all the staff were amazing. They helped with food recommendations, also the food at the hotel was amazing! The bar is perfect and friendly guests and staff. The room was always clean and housekeeping were great. Overall a great experience and would recommend to any traveller. "Have stayed here half a dozen times now. Comfortable, lovely rooms. Lovely customer service lady Winona, falls over herself to make stay comfortable. Good price for a lovely stay. Stayed twice on this last trip."

"The property was being remodeled, so our floor was dusty/smelly (they did offer us a replacement room, but we were too tired to change the rooms). The rooms and amenities look aged! Staff was excellent."

"It was a one night stay before a flight. The check in was quick (but 2 forms to fill in!); the room spacious and comfortable with efficient cooling. The lift played Brahms’ lullaby. There is a small swimming pool which I enjoyed a couple of times, which seemed seldom used, but a real pleasure. It’s located off some main road and easy to get places. "Santa Maria is a beautiful gem located right on the ocean. The owners are very kind, thoughtful, and accommodating of their guests. It is very conveniently located near the airport (15 minutes by taxi) and many other attractions Kerala has to offer.
