"Amazing stay - couldn’t recommend more. The staff are incredibly attentive and helpful, the hotel is set in a beautiful location and the entire experience is flawless. The food is excellent as well, although it’s worth noting that both the dinner and breakfast are very generous meals - best not to eat too much beforehand! It was a perfect location for exploring the historical areas in Kanazawa. We had a Japanese style room which had novelty for us, plenty of space and comfortable; although sleeping on a futon is “firm” so perfect for a short stay."
