"This is the second time that we have stayed at this property. It has a lovely view over the river, and roof access that makes for a great spot for evening drinks and views of the city. The staff is fantastic and the rooms are very spacious especially by Tokyo standards. Little bit of a walk to the station but I love the fact that this hotel is located in a quiet area. The beds are very comfortable and the room makes for a nice relaxing oasis after a day in the busy city. Absolutely recommend...

"We loved East Square. The friendliest staff we’ve ever met (thank you to Yu and Hitomi!). We were 4 people and loved that we had our own private bedrooms with a living area as well. Very clean, super close to the metro station and lots of convenience stores, groceries, restaurants nearby if you need. We appreciated the free snacks and coffee in the lobby too :) Highly recommend!"

"This was our 3rd hotel during a 3 week stay on Japan, and while it doesn't have amenities like some other hotels, we found it down right lovely. We were greeted immediately and checked in. The staff informed us that there were no amenities on site (such as a onsen or gym)but there was laundry, vending machines, a microwave and utensils available on the 4th floor. We were provided a complimentary chocolate from the luxury chocolate shop, Nel, that is attached to the hotel as well. Our room...

"Our stay at Sakura Cross was very pleasant. Slippers were offered for all guests. The bathrooms were clean. We had five people in our party. The extra toilet (there were two in pur unit) room was really helpful! We can barely hear the prople on the top floor. The kids enjoyed the bunk bed and the general design of the room. Beds were comfortable and clean. Large space to comfortably fit 5 people and 5 luggages. Location: about a 7-10 minute walk to the nearest train station, 2 minute...

"Lifts were programmed badly. Long queues at the Lobby. Once a lift is assigned another can past by and time of guests is wasted. Also, please have a proper messaging board with the Hotel. Only calls was allowed which is very costly for international travellers. "
