The staff at Ameristar were some of the most genuine, friendly, and professional people I’ve encountered. Every interaction felt real, welcoming, and delivered with pride — something that’s become rare these days. One morning, I accidentally overslept and didn’t realize it was already 4 PM, well past the 10 AM checkout. I expected the worst when the manager knocked on my door, but instead, he was simply checking to make sure I was okay. That level of concern and care meant a lot. We ended up having a great conversation, and I even decided to stay an extra night. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. Ameristar exceeded all expectations — I’ll definitely be back"

"I will pick here every time I come to visit the springs. Very clean and safe environment. Our room faced a live running creek with a beautiful peaceful walk trail. Love every minute we were there. Had a indoor pool and spa, both the kids and us parents loved that too. They offer breakfast, and hot coffee in the mornings. Oh our windows opened so we were able to have the sound of the creek and fresh air which was such a great touch. Absolutely recommend staying here. "
