It was my second time there in two weeks I went back because I had forgotten my jacket in the closet and they called me and told me it would be in lost and found we went and got my jacket back and stayed there another night and everybody was great. Enjoyed our time in the casino ate dinner and breakfast at 24 seven and enjoyed the pool area thank you so much! "

"Its an old motel trying to look new. carpets are old and when you take a papertowel and swipe it across the rug you can see the dirt it picks up. shower and bathtub need repairs. room looks clean. no charging stations for cell phones. breakfast has only waffles no meat and no potatoes. will not be staying there again"

"The suite at this location is phenomenal! Highly recommend for a weekend getaway. Menchie was amazing made sure we had everything we needed. This place was super clean! Our room had the balcony that was right over the running creek. Air conditioning was good, has a microwave and fridge. Theres one queen and one king bed that have their own tv's and are in teo separate room's. Very close to all the shops and restaurants. Parking was great and safe. Ill definitely be back! "

"Fantastic location, never had to get in the car to enjoy all the best of Manitou Springs. Hotel was spotless, beds were comfortable and staff was very nice. Did not try the breakfast because there were too many good coffee shops in town to try. "

"Front desk staff when I checked in were really nice…not the girl when I checked out on Sunday morning. Very short and rude. Biggest disappointment was the hot tub and pool were disgusting. The water was practically brown. The whole reason I booked there was for a pool and hot tub and didn’t even get to use them. "
