"Initially our room bed wasn’t good but reception happily helped us to change the room. Operation manager was very nice and receptionist also understood the situation. Apart from the noise (obviously due to helicopters flying) everything was fine. Scenic hotel is upto my expectations due to such a great staff. I will go back for sure as my helicopter scenic trip got cancelled due to bad weather. Cheers "

"Had a lovely stay, cottage was really clean and comfortable with lovely view of the snow capped mountains. Very friendly staff that clean every day. Totally recommend visiting Lake Matheson and going to the Glacier lookout. Also had a lovely walk from the carpark over the bridge. Totally recommend staying here "

"You get what you pay for and I couldn't complain as we were a late booking. We had everything we needed, comfortable bed, hot shower and private bathroom. Jesus (spanish manager) did all he could to accomodate us. If you want 5 star and want to pay 4 times the price stay elsewhere but this was very suitable for us, no complaints here 😊"
