Overall this Top10 was very good safe and warm. Found cleanliness could have been a little better. we found mold in corner of shower mentioned to manager and she managed to get cleaner to return however mold still present.

I didn’t like the person at the front desk questioning if my partner and I are sharing the queen bed… it’s 2024! (1) it’s not your business. (2) I booked the room (3) if I have a problem I’ll tell you as the customer (4) don’t make stupid comments. Didn’t feel very LBGTQ friendly.

Great location for Lake Matheson and the glaciers. Unlike Franz Josef this site is only 5 minutes walk from the village. Cabins are good with all necessary facilities and comfortable beds.
