"We really liked the layout of the room with the table in the center. The blackout shades were wonderful. Love the very large bathroom vanity counter. Plenty of room for 2. I did forget to tell the front desk clerk that the wall remote did not work. All in all an excellent place to stay!"

"This was just fir 1 night for my granddaughters pre birthday. We took her to Ragging Waves that was a 7 minute drive from the hotel. The stay was nice, the front desk clerk was super nice as well as the rooms. The bed was the best! We all said that we slept like babies! It was a joy staying for 1 night."

"I've stayed here a few times on work trips to Naperville. Has generally been very good, but this last time was not. Hotel was just generally dirty - hallways, lobbies, etc. Room was fairly clean. Shower had a constant drip that if the shower door was left open, would splash onto the walls and the floor, leaving a puddle and soaking the wall. Toilet had trouble flushing. Front desk was helpful to help get us into another room just down the hall, but very awkward and unpleasant about it. New...

"We checked into the first room, which had a couple arguing loudly in the next room. The front desk was accommodating and offered another; however, this room spelled like cigarettes. An asthma attack later ensued. Went to another Hampton Inn and that experience was great! Do not recommend this site...drive a little to another location."

However, checking in was awkward because I arrived 20 minutes before check-in time and was told by someone at a kiosk that they needed to see if the room was ready and would call me.
