"discounted upgrade request sent via the hotel and we accepted but when we arrived we were told the upgrade system wasn't working and we quickly dismissed, and told no discounts available. Reception not so customer focused and friendly. Ordered cocktails the bar was empty and took 25 minutes to make !.
