"The Wi-Fi wasn't working on the TV—and without Wi-Fi, you can't watch TV. In the bathroom, they only left me one roll of toilet paper for a three-day stay. When they cleaned the room after two days, they didn't leave me a bath towel—only a hand towel—and no soap either! They only provide moisturizer; they don't leave any shampoo. It also functions as a short-stay hotel, so you can hear the neighbors screaming during their passionate activities! The only good thing is that a bus to downtown stops...

"We travelled as a family of 4 adults and were given 2 queen size mattress. It was adequate for us and comfy. "They position it as a resort-style luxury experience, but it is far from that. It is really just a basic standard hotel stay with small rooms. So the value just isn't there, especially when you're paying a nightly resort fee for a place that has little to no amenities and minimal service. Even if they give you the $20 day credit, it doesn't outweigh just staying somewhere else. It's not in a crowded area with service that just doesn't compare to what else is in the area for the exact same price....

"They offer a discounted price at a nearby parking lot. However, be careful parking directly in front of the hotel to drop off any luggage. We asked the hotel staff at front desk if it was okay to park there for 2 minutes to check in and retrieve the discounted parking and they said it was alright, but we received a $115 parking fine within that time frame it took us to check in.
