Branson Hillside Hotel
8/10 Good
"The Hotel was in a beautiful setting and quiet. Breakfast was very limited compared to others we’ve been to that are included with room stay, I expected better since they have a restaurant on the premises. The staff was very friendly and helpful with all questions. A+. The room was fairly clean, the cubbies in the bathroom were dirty and dusty and there was hair on the bathroom floor from previous guests I’m assuming. Not a good start to check in. Would be stay again, possibly but I would definitely be pickier about the room. It’s not a bad hotel at all. The staff was EXCELLENT!"
"Very helpful staff, clean room, excellent service, great spot in the middle of everything, very good breakfast. Stayed with my 9 year old and 2 year old daughters and have no complaints"
"This was our second time staying here. Room was clean, air was cold, shower was hot, bed was comfortable, pool was great. Couldn’t ask for anything more!"
"There was an issue with air conditioner (We had to spaces. One was freezing, the other not so much.) when we called the front desk, she explained the issue and how we could resolve it in minutes. Very helpful, and kind! We mentioned having a child who doesn't do well on stairs, and it was automatically moved to a spot without stairs! So simple and easy! Clean space, etc.
I was under the impression it would be 1 suite with 2 bedrooms, it was in fact, two separate spaces, I guess 1 suite, but with 2 kitchens, living quarters, washer/dryer, etc. Just a bit awkward for splitting it up with the children. But we made it work, and everyone slept fine! I'd come back!"
