The breakfasts were very good and were managed very well. There was an evening treat of cobblers, cookies and ice cream that were very good after an evening show. The room was in great shape and very clean.

I feel like the good ratings must have been because of the dessert bar. The facility is quite dated and smells old. There were four people in my party. I reserved two rooms and they tried to put us in different BUILDINGS…not just different floors….literally in different buildings. They got that fixed, we went to our building, and the room keys didn’t work. We call the front desk and are told they’re with a customer, they will call us back. In their defense, they did appear to be quite understaffed. But, I would be very unlikely to stay here again.

We love this hotel and have stayed here before. The facility is excellent. The rooms are comfortable. The breakfast is superb and the staff are friendly and welcoming. The big treat is the cobbler, soft ice cream and cookies they serve every night along with coffee and hot chocolate. One of our favourite hotels.
