"Desk staff were very friendly, professional and always willing to assist with any questions. The restaurant offered a good buffet for breakfast with unique Mexican cuisine options...nice! Our first night there, the shower was clogged...we called the front desk and a team was dispatched immediately. They came in about 10 mins and repaired the issue; fantastic service. Only recommendation I would share is to vaccum the carpet better. I kept find long hairs all throughout...wasn't mine as I don't have long blonde and gray/white hair. Besides that, hey...really beautiful hotel located in a perfect spot with a shopping mall merely a few steps away. 👍 "

"Wonderful! So convenient to have this hotel accommodations inside the Guadalajara airport. We had a lat night flight and decided to spend the night and travel to our destination in the morning. The room was very clean and the beds comfortable. Absolutely no noise of the nearby planes. The staff was very nice as well. We'll definitely stay here again, if given the opportunity."
