This is a nice, older hotel to stay in the Centro, easy to walk around and convenient for ordering Uber. Communication before arrival could be improved, with a bit more kindness in the wording and a clear contact name so you know who you are dealing with (just my opinion). Once we arrived, everyone working there was lovely and provided good service. The room was comfortable.

I do really love this place. The attention was amazing even one night I didn’t come to sleep in here because I took a trip to Michoacan the hotel is the contact me and they were checking on me and see everything was alright so I appreciate that. Also everything was cute. The hotel has a lot of history and the restaurant food is great overall 100% recommended.

The hotel is beautiful. They offer a tour that’s explains the history of it. The staff was super helpful and kind. We had breakfast in the patio and the food was pretty good. I will definitely consider staying here when I come back. The area outside is a bit sketchy, it’s juts lonely at night. there isn’t much to do at night in that area. There is a garage parking that is offered for guest which is not free but worth it.

This boutique hotel is in the heart of the city and an easy walk to historical square as well as shopping and restaurants.The front desk staff Ifer and Salma were very welcoming, engaging and always helpful. Marco and the cafe staff are top notch. The light fair served is delicious.
