"No puedo decir mucho, por un tema de la Comisión de luz no hubo luz así que no vi el lugar, llegamos y lo tenía luz, duró 30 horas sin luz así que estuvimos parte de una noche y nos fuimos a otro lugar, la zona es segura y el lugar me parece que es bonito y muy barato para lo que ofrece pero no puedo decir más ya que mi experiencia en especial no fue buena, pero no por el anfitrión sino por un problema de la zona con la luz, ya no había luz en varias casas (es zona residencial)"

"We stayed one night with my spouse before an early flight out of Guadalajara. The room was clean and a decent size for one night. No view, and you can hear everything from the hallway, but it's a practical place to stay before a flight. The AC wasn't cooling properly when we arrived, and staff had it fixed in about 45 minutes, much appreciated. Breakfast is included, but our flight was too early to enjoy it. On past stays the front desk has given us vouchers for meals, but not this time. The restaurant is mostly self-service via online ordering, and paying online was confusing, so we buzzed staff for the check. We had the enchiladas suizas and flautas, both were just OK, nothing standout. The location is very convenient to the airport, and the free shuttle is easy to book at the front desk, runs frequently, and was on time. The front desk agent was handling a medical emergency involving a coworker, so he couldn't greet guests as usual, completely understandable. He did check us in two hours early, which was a nice touch. Solid 4 stars for what it is: a clean, convenient airport hotel with a dependable shuttle. I'd stay again before a flight."
