"The room, staff and location were all great but didn't appreciate $12 parking fee. First time I have seen that other than a downtown garage property. Extra fees like that drive people to other competitors."

"What a sweet queen room! So fun that each room had a song theme! The staff went out of their way to be accommodating and helpful. I had to get my water bottle filled at the bar as my room sink was fairly shallow and the bartenders were always happy to fill me to the top! There were 4 shared bathrooms on the floor which I found to be convenient. I loved the use of a robe and plenty of towels to use when going down the hall. It's an older hotel so I could hear the big party of people next to me the first night but the staff quickly came to disperse and quiet them down politely. I appreciated that immensely. "
