"I enjoyed the stay here! It’s a beautiful boutique, and love details of the decorations! The space it’s also big enough to open the two 29 inches suitcase, and accommodate 2 adults and 1 child in a room. The front desk is kind and polite! The only problem we met would probably that the bottle that could use to refill the water which has good intension, had already been opened which weren’t sealed! I’m just concerning about the health problem if someone has drink from the bottles? So I think...

"Enjoyed our stay. The first night, there was a party in the room next to ours and couldn’t sleep. Sent a message to front desk and in five minutes, it stopped. Thank you for what you did. Next morning, took a shower and the tub drain wasn’t draining properly. Mentioned to front desk manager and was fixed. Thank you. Beautiful room, nice pillows. Would love to stay again! Thanks so much. Everyone was so kind, too! "

"Location! Location! Location! We stayed 2 nights and had a jammed pack schedule of events. We felt comfortable and safe the entire time! Our room was very clean! The staff were friendly and accommodating. You can grab a cup of coffee from Gumptions or Starbucks right across the street. Hit up Connolly’s Pub & Restaurant next door. Within walking distance of many amazing Broadway shows. Highly recommend!!! "

"Upon arrival we were greeted with friendly faces and a welcoming hat for my grandson and waters. Our bellman took us to the room, helped us out with luggage. Everything was great through last day. Rooms were clean according to how we asked, and all staff was very nice."

"Great hotel at a great neighborhood. The new restaurant downstairs is very good. You get 2 snacks/Drinks per night, my only problem is they were always out of Reeses and Pringles. Haha Great staff would recommend."

"The location of the hotel could not be beat! Right in Times Square within walking distance of so many major sites and right near the metro station. The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. The check in process however was super slow. The line was extremely long with only 2 people working at the main desk. It took well over 45 min to check in. That being said I would still recommended this hotel to anyone going to New York. "
