"My only regret with booking our stay was not booking for a longer visit. My husband and I booked a very quick overnight stay in West Palm Beach and once we arrived at Casa Grandview Inn I knew I wanted to book another trip. Not only was the staff very accommodating to our early arrival, they were also very very friendly. Our cottage was so clean and quaint. And the grounds were absolutely stunning. We enjoyed the pool for an afternoon all by ourselves. Everything about this place is spectacular....

"Really loved my stay at The Mermaid & Alligator! The property is beautiful and in a very convenient location — easy to walk or bike to just about everything. You can even rent bikes from the property. The hot breakfast every morning was amazing, and I appreciated having snacks and drinks available all day. The only small downside was that the room I was in, the Sun room, was pretty small, but the balcony was awesome and made up for it. Finally, the staff were all super kind and friendly....

"This was a great place to stay! The room was clean and comfortable. Parking was convenient (admittedly, weekdays, shoulder season).The check-in was easy, the staff was friendly and responsive. They left a bottle of wine in the refrigerator for us! It was still there when we left, we don't drink, but it was a nice thought. I would definitely stay here again!"

"I read a lot of reviews before I booked this property. Others 5 star reviews were exceede. We came during a quiet time in late September. It was a great time to visit, although a bit warm in the sun Alsi the price was extremely reasonable for an apartment "

"We love the Inn. The only 2 things that could be better are - Room 12 there was some dirt or mold in the shower tile grout and the pillows on the bed could be a bit softer or a little less tall. This will not stop us from coming back because everything else is wonderful. This was our second stay."

"The location was quiet and relaxing. We never heard a peep out of any of the other guests and it seemed that they were up early and in bed early which left us to enjoy the hotel grounds later in the evening... We had the pool to ourselves the entire week. Pretty view of the ocean. Close to everything you'll need or want including great restaurants and convenience stores. The staff was helpful and kind and we would def go back for a restful vacation. "
