"Such a wonderful property, and the rooms are so very clean and comfortable. We slept so well, and were treated quite nicely. Kate is such a lovely host, and her brekkie is top-notch. We enjoyed chatting with her as we ate, and found her delightful and helpful. The farm setting is so peaceful (for us guest that is, a lot of hard work for owners), and the location is great for visiting the Lizard and other places around south Cornwall. Thank you much for such a great stay!"

Many scenic paths are at a walkable distance (5 km to 10 km of moderate difficulty will allow you to see many beautiful sights.) Roy and Jayne are the consummate hosts. "Really enjoyed our stay at Kernow cottage. It’s a cosy yet spacious and equipped with everything we needed during our stay. Perfect location just a couple of minutes walk to the harbour. It’s in a quiet part of the village so we weren’t disturbed by cars or people passing during the night. Loved the personal touch of the family history and story of Kernow Cottage in the hallway!"

"Fantastic spacious house located in quiet area but perfect for exploring the lizard. Comfy beds, good heating, nicely decorated and amazingly well equipped kitchen. Had boot room envy! Perfect for our 3 generation group and little dog."
