"The hotel stay was comfortable but at about the same price point there are other better hotels in the Chatswood vicinity. The hotel lift system is a bit confusing though. There are no lift buttons inside the lift and one has to click the floor their going to even before getting on the lift. This was a bit confusing to older people in my travel group. And besides they dont make up your room if you stay e.g 3 days and 2 nights."

"Room was fine. Had all you need but very small. Fire alarm went off at midnight and we all had to evacuate due to a guest smoking. Does this happen often? I know it’s not the hotels fault directly but it was very cold and inconvenient. Breakfast was basic but had to buy own coffee."

"Another very nice stay at the Langham. The hotel is tucked away in a quiet corner of Sydney, but within walking distance of some famous landmarks (Sydney Harbour Bridge and Circular Quay) and the restaurants of the Rocks neighbourhood. The room was very clean, spacious and had touches of luxury. The view from the window was lovely too. Breakfast was delicious. Top marks!"

"Staff were amazing, we arrived hours early and they allowed us to check in so we could relax. Nothing is close y but there are busses or you can walk 10 mins to the gas station for snacks. Breakfast was simple with toast, yogurt, juice and hot drinks. The hotel was spotless and smelled amazing. They give you a free drink voucher at the bar which we used for wine. "spacious apartment near shops. Basic kitchen with 4 plates, cups etc. Noisy European laundry. Shower leaked. Cleaning is twice per week."

"Room was clean. Service excellent. Loved the fact that it had a good third bed for my son. PArking was great. Just a bit noisy from the pub downstairs but that is understandable and it is not a complint."
