"Had difficulty with my 81 cm luggags as ramp is not accurate / no through entry. Though, I saw like a carrier but no english instructions. There is parking ramp but still you need a card to enter.
Also, why not leave appropriate consumables depending on the stay duration instead of as need, write and drop basis. Why not add info/request on your website for seamless digital access.
Everything else is ok except the drilling / carpentry noise and shouting from the parking or next door.
