"Excellent location, spacious rooms and helpful staff"

"Perfect location, walking distance to all the popular sites, and very nice staff. However, there is no airport shuttle as advertised, no local maps available, and the room has no place to put your luggage except on the floor. A table or luggage rack would be a great improvement."

"The only thing great about this place was the location. The rooms were extremely small, no iron or microwave in the rooms either. When I asked for an iron the sent me one that was broken and barely worked. Items in the mini fridge were charged and no one told us anything and there was no sign or list with the prices, they charged me $76USD for a few items that probably would cost $10 - big scam. Would not recommend this hotel at all. "

"Is not a luxury hotel and did lack some amenities that you’d expect from a luxury hotel but it is a charming hotel with a lot of character and the staff members were extremely welcoming and helpful especially Luz. The location is great. The Walled City is in walking distance. There are also great restaurants and bars close by too"
