"Lovely room, very comfy beds, everything nice and clean. Only downside was some sort of noise outside that went on all night. Perhaps a heat pump or generator. Otherwise very good."

"I was hoping for a restful night before I got on a 10 hour plane ride, but there was only warm water in the shower, the food at the restaurant was mediocre and very expensive and the bed was one of the worst I’ve ever been on in my life. My husband and I woke up in agony in the middle of the night and were basically crippled in the back and hips by morning.. it was like laying on a bunch of planks. Get better beds!!"

"An average hotel at best! Concierge so grumpy! They charge you (£2.50 I know it’s not a lot but it’s the principle) to store luggage after checking out. So many guests complaining about the cleanliness of their rooms (mine was OK) to be fair. 2 for 1 in the bar - good incentive but not the staffing to support the demand. At check in front of house disputed my reservation having breakfast, had to get it authorised by his line manager (used the phrase customer is claiming), corrected him as there was no claim it was factual as per my booking. Breakfast was OK. Was at the venue for a conference, wouldn’t stay there again."

"I always stay at the Hilton on departure for the easy access to the departure lounge by the walkway. Only issue is remembering to have your access key with you in the elevator to be able to use it!"
