"Easy check- in process. Really good location for mainline train stations, tube and walking distance to the West End. Very clean and well maintained. I stayed in a studio upgraded room and it had all the amenities you would need for a short term stay. The bonus was that it was quiet so I got a good night’s sleep. Will definitely rebook "

"I didn't see the staff much, because we really didn't need them much. It was a pretty self-sustainable place to stay. You have to do your own laundry, but that wasn't an issue because the cost was great and the place was very clean. It was a comfortable stay!"

"The hotel is great! I was apprehensive about the size of the rooms but I was pleasantly surprised. They are adequate and not claustrophobic. The vibe of the hotel is nice and everything was clean. The area is very walkable to soho and covent, the area has some homeless people around but I felt overall safe as a solo female traveler. Also have the tube station right out your door was a major plus."

"Good location, in a quiet, pleasant street, close to King’s Cross Station. The room was clean, comfortable and just as described. The fridge was useful and it was lovely to have ice cold water and other cold drinks and chocolate biscuits included gratis. Check-in was smooth and communication was excellent. What made my stay superlative were the helpful staff and extra touches, like taking my cases up to the room while I explored the area (as I arrived early), fresh sandwiches left in the room...
