"Lifts were up and down ( pun intended) They were NOT working most of the time due to break downs. Weekday staff were very helpful during the lift problems. Weekend staff were indifferent Now to my shower. It flooded all over the bathroom floor both times I used it. Two repair people came to look at it and just concurred that it needed fixing but did not fix it Finally the server in the restaurant on our final night kept trying to upsell and her attitude was quite abrupt"

"The room was always clean. The personnel were very helpful. The bathroom had a strange configuration with the toilet down the hall from the sink and shower. And there were no towel racks and not much storage space for our clothes. That is the only reason for 4 stars rather than 5.
