"Staff were really nice and welcoming and could not do enough for you. The rooms were spotless. The light show every night was brilliant and something I’ve not seen before in a hotel. Breakfast was great with so many options. In two occasions we had free gifts sent to the room including a Portuguese tart and little biscuits. "We had a very enjoyable stay for our first time in Lisbon. The Aurea hotel is located close to the cruise port so it’s in a very safe location. Although this means it is also very “touristy”! This is fine however as there’s plenty of great restaurants in walking distance as well as the historic Alfama district literally right behind the hotel!
