"Room smells so bad, like a mold (i think it was the bed). we couldn't but heater on because the smell was going stronger and we had to sleep all our clothes on. I've had a really bad allergy and headache after being in that room, so we had to leave that room after one night. we would not have stayed there, but it was new years eve and every other place was full booked. I called the lady who showed us the room and told the problem, she was nice and polite, so i really hope they will do something...

"There is a very narrow staircase to second floor that was hard to take baggage up. Constant noise from within apparently and outside, every time you open Faust a loud noise appears, bed. Wry uncomfortable and not enough space on the second floor to even stand, you need to crawl to the bed extremely hot and when leave window open mosquitoes had party on my body. Both nights I did not sleep at all. One good thing was Santos station was walking distance to take to beaches. Oh another thing...

"Wonderful hotel in a more off the beaten path mode with many local restaurants nearby with boho and vintage shops. Our room for three called a family suite was well arranged. Loved the big bathroom and super cool design. Our friend stayed in a regular single room and thought the room would be uncomfortable for two people but it was very sufficient for one. Nice vibe overall!"

"Wondeful quiet hotel. Totally a vintage boutique hotel. Pretty quiet street, at least for the two nights we stayed compared to the other Lisbon hotels. Front desk and other staff very helpful, speaking English. There is a small parkade under the hotel with an entrance around back. The parkade holds about 4 cars and you have to ring a bell for someone to open the garage door every time. There is a small parkade fee i think about 19€ per day. Rooms and bathrooms are wonderful and very clean. The hotel has a common area with snacks, tea and coffee complimentary. Upstairs there is a pay self serve bar, quaint library, and open rooftop."

"Exactly as it looks in pictures. We stayed in the private room with private external bathroom. The room and washroom were in excellent condition and very clean. Pedro communicated information timely and thoroughly about the check in and out process. The area doesn’t have much touristic sights nearby but there are many yummy restaurants within walking distance and the area felt safe."
