"The front desk staff was pleasant, the lobby and breakfast area were nice. The hotel room was okay. I overlooked that parking is extra as is the breakfast, for the rate we paid both should’ve been included."

"I don’t know if we just got the short end of the stick. I saw so many reviews about how clean and nice it was so I was excited, but when we got into the room… there were exposed wires on the ceiling. Mystery splatters of something on the walls. We got dingy/stained bedding. The door frame has no latch for the door and we had to pull the door in order to trigger the card reader to open at all. Very disappointed, I would have never spent my money here if I had known it would have been that type of experience. "

"The lobby and breakfast area was nicely maintained. We appreciated the fresh fruit, cookies and ice water always available in the lobby. The breakfast was decent and liked that they provided trays to take food to room. The bedroom was clean however the hallway carpets were dirty and did not appear to be vacuumed over the three days we were there. The beds were very soft and pillows were too high—no other options available. The blackout curtains were disgustingly dirty. Almost looked moldy and corroding. Very gross. Appreciated having a fridge and microwave in the room. Nice to have a pool and jacuzzi however they were filthy with debris. It had been windy before we arrived but it looked like it was not cleaned frequently. Finally, the front desk staff was rarely in attendance. Nice when we did interact but usually there was nobody at the desk. Didn’t seem very secure. They could not store our baggage upon early arrival and wouldn’t give us a room unless we paid extra. It is a very budget hotel so I guess we got what we paid for."

"They use parking permits now & we were trying to squeeze into the last spot available by the office door (late afternoon on Picnic Day) & a man came out of the office & rudely told us to be aware that guests need to enter through that door. I wanted to say "We know that because we're guests..." Meanwhile, there were at least 2 other cars in the lot without guest parking permits..."

"Great room, parking plentiful, breakfast buffet was a bit thin (both with utinsels and food offerings) if you don't get there early. Property is very quiet."

"Terrific breakfast, loved using their fresh coffee machines. Room and bed very comfortable. Plenty of complimentary parking and plenty of restaurants nearby by. Easy access to and from Interstate 5. Hotel is located less than 10 miles from Sacramento International Airport."
