"The bathroom door didn’t close"

"They need to clean the shower heads. Filthy"

"Worse"

"Le logement est très bien situé pour visiter Londres."

"We loved our stay here! We got a room with a balcony. The staff are all super friendly and quick to respond to messages. There’s no elevators, but they will bring your bags up for you if you ask."

"Staff was very friendly and helpful. Looked after all of our needs including booking us a water taxi to the airport. Check in was smooth, continental breakfast was great. Overall a great hotel with a convenient location. Would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone."

"Chambres confortables, douches et sanitaires communs très propres Résidence Calme Dommage que l’accueil ait été assez froid Petit déjeuner correct"

As soon as we entered the room, we noticed a dampness and a strong smell of mildew. "This is a mid level hotel that does not include breakfast. The bathroom seemed to be a self contained unit that was about 9 inches (1 step) above floor level. The door to the bathroom was a little narrow and I had to turn my shoulders sideways to enter and exit."

"Would be nice if we got locks for the doors?"

"It was a nice clean private room. The shower/bath room was clean as well. There was a bus station right next to it. Very convenient."

"Bar staff were nice"

"The Vatican Style is located in a prime location and was walkable to so many things! The staff were lovely and very helpful and the accommodations were all we needed them to be"
