"Everything good, room was lovley , parking simple, view amazing.
Downside: the tv only in german no subtitles, the steam room opens late @1pm which is annoying for someone like me who starts day early. For luxury hotel nobody helped with luggage or offered. Breakfast $40/person. They need to offer free apples or something small for the non big meal breakfast eaters. "

"Excellent location in the heart of the old town, walk to train station. The unit has a kitchen and dinning area. It is clean and the owner was very helpful for allowing luggage stireage after we checked out. "

"Room was great as was the breakfast. They even packed me a breakfast/lunch bag to take with me on the last day when I had to leave too early to eat there."
"Irana at the front desk reception was very pleasant, professional, friendly and helpful. The room was modern, clean and the bed was big and comfortable. "
"My girlfriend thoroughly enjoyed the included breakfast. She is not a breakfast person, but enjoyed it at Falkensteiner. The immediate area around the Hotel is full of shopping and dining options. It’s basically at the center of the town. Excellent value!"
"An absolutely great hotel - plenty of history and superb staff. The latter were incredible - all polite, confident and efficient. I needed to stow an electric bike - and the young lady at the front desk personally took me around to where I could leave it securely (she'd only been at the hotel for a short while, but you wouldn't have guessed it). Even the cleaning staff were incredibly polite and helpful. Of course it goes without saying the room was of the highest quality, the lounge beautiful and the breakfast without peer. Management should be congratulated on the way they run this wonderful establishment. "
"Very conveniently located hotel if you are planning to explore the Dolomites! The owner is friendly and very helpful, the food at the restaurant was excellent!!"
"We had a wonderful stay overall—the hotel was clean, comfortable, and enjoyable in so many ways. The only issue we experienced was when I got locked out and needed a key. At that time, there was no one at the front desk. I noticed the on-duty staff member sitting in the restaurant just next to the lobby, but instead of helping right away, she asked me to wait. My family and I had to sit in the lobby for about 10 minutes until she finished her food or drink. She eventually came over, but only after we gave her a frustrated look.
It felt unusual for the front desk to be completely unattended, but aside from that incident, everything else about our stay was excellent, and we truly enjoyed our time at the hotel."
