"Everything about this property was wonderful. The fact that it had parking made things very convenient. The welcome reception was lovely and the room was small which was expected, had an absolutely gorgeous view of the lake. The breakfast buffet was complete at the atmosphere at the bar and breakfast area. Also had a fantastic vibe and view of the lake. Strongly recommend this property"

"Great hotel, friendly staff, location is 15 minute’s walk front he city centre and station. The restaurant has a fantastic view but the food is average at best for the high prices. "

"We booked for people. The room was extremely crowded and tight; possibly unsafe due to how tight it was with such small and tight space. Disappointed that in a trendy place like Milan, the hotel bar did not know how to make a whisky drink, or when explained - they said the ingredients were not available. The gym was small and tight; minimal equipment and the multifunction equipment was broken. The building and room was beautiful and very clean though."

"Unbeatable views but that's about it. No elevator. Had to lug all of our luggage upstairs ourselves. No help from the staff. Rooms are incredibly outdated and dilapidated. The TV is smaller than my laptop. The shower is the size of a shower on a cruise ship. The restaurant on property is just ok. They try too hard to serve fancy food instead of sticking to a traditional, simple Italian menu. If it wasn't for the incredible view it would have been a total bust."
