"When we arrived we found the staff very helpful and the room was very clean, tea and coffee making facilities were two tea bags, two coffee bags and two milk sachets which was adequate.The following day we went out and on our return we found that the bed was not made, it wasn’t until the following morning that we realised that the tea and coffee making facilities had not been replenished. "Stayed for two nights and had a great time. It was a family trip so having the pool was great considering the wet and windy weather on one of the days. Very close walk to the city centre as well as all the famous football grounds. Staff were absolutely superb. Would definitely stay there again."
