"Communication with the host was great. They met us at the apartment, gave us a run down on the place and some visiting recommendations. Apartment was located in a great spot within walking distance to great shopping, restaurants and beautiful sights. We did not find the apartment very well cleaned. It had black hair around the base of the toilet seat and in the shower. Floors were also not clean and needed a good vacuum. The upstairs ceiling is very low and an adult is unable to stand...

"Nice hotel in a convenient location. Though on returning in the evening there was thumping music from a bar opposite our room. Calling reception they advised that this would likely continue til approx. 4am. The hotel relocated us to a different room where we were unaffected by the music but it is disappointing that the staff are fully aware this will happen and that the room be given to a guest when others unaffected by the noise are available. That said the staff were very helpful in relocating...

"Great location right in the centre of Liverpool One, but that also makes it very noisy at night (not just party-goers, but the herring gulls!). Our 1 bedroom was roomy, clean, modern, and comfortable, with an especially well-equipped kitchen for an apart-hotel. There was even a Le Creuset cafetière! The washer/dryer was full size, and there was plenty of room to set up the drying rack. The only odd thing was that every single room had a fire door (living, bath, bed, laundry) that shut...

"Kitchen was well equipped, fridge freezer, 5 ringed hob, microwave, wine cooler, kettle, sachets of milk coffee & a couple of teabags. All crockery cups plates supplied, plus’s knifes & forks. All utensils plus pans. "

"I paid £44 per night so I need to remember that it’s not going to be a 5 star rating! I liked the room size, there were enough mirrors and chairs. USB and USB C at the bedsides but low voltage. Lovely fluffy towels - glad there were 2 for me. Bed was comfortable. Good size wardrobe. Unexpectedly continental breakfast was included which was lovely.
