"Balcones del Caribe is a beautiful spot with an excellent location and easy access to the beach. The complex feels very safe, and the staff were always helpful when we needed general information. My only concerns were about the condition of the village: the back door didn’t have a proper lock, the bathroom door wasn’t closing well, and the safe box wasn’t working during our stay. "Super clean, well maintained gem of a place tucked a 5 minute walk from one of the best beaches - Playa Bonita. Lovely, relaxed vibe. We stayed for 10 days and felt right at home. Our VISA payment was 'declined' on their phone app - so we ended up paying cash. When we arrived home they alerted us that our VISA payment somehow went through and they refunded the double payment immediately before we even had a chance to ask."
