Basic accommodations with a little pool that’s really a big hot tub very nice but not for swimming and a small restaurant. Besides, the serenity would really mix this place is a five minute walk to an absolutely gorgeous beach one of the best I’ve ever seen beautiful water, clean tons of room to walk or Activities down the beach later on, but there’s also space we can be alone What really make a place for me was Carlito. Throughout my day, he was totally supportive. Help me numerous issues. I faced in at the end where my TAXI didn’t show up at five in the morning he ran and made alternative arrangements so I wouldn’t miss my connectors to Pueri plata. "Expedia is not updated for check in process. It is not Ganesh Hotel, it is village lodge. Regardless, we were redirected to the right place in village lodge and had the most amazing attentiveness and service by the owner, Caro, and our hostess, Luisa. Very beautiful beach loft in the middle of the jungle and 50 feet away from the most gorgeous secluded beach. Recommending this place to anyone who travels to Samaná. Not for people with disabilities or children."

"Balcones del Caribe is a beautiful spot with an excellent location and easy access to the beach. The complex feels very safe, and the staff were always helpful when we needed general information. My only concerns were about the condition of the village: the back door didn’t have a proper lock, the bathroom door wasn’t closing well, and the safe box wasn’t working during our stay. Overall, it’s a lovely place with great potential—just needs a bit more attention to maintenance."

"Staff was great, wonderful adventure, I personally loved the cold showers in our personal bathrooms and no internet, it added to the family stories. However, unfortunately we found the hot showers. I would highly recommend staying at the Tree House "
