"We had such a great stay! The service was excellent from start to finish. The hotel itself was very clean, and the staff were all so kind, welcoming, and attentive. You can really tell they care about their guests. Housekeeping did an amazing job keeping our room clean and refreshed every day. Everything was always well taken care of. The only small downside was that our room usually got cleaned in the afternoon, which wasn’t always the most convenient for us. I also want to give a special shoutout to two wonderful buffet servers. Digna, our favorite dinner server, was absolutely amazing. She was so warm and attentive. There was also another lovely lady who worked in the same area during breakfast and lunch. I wish I remembered her name. Both of them truly made our dining experience extra special and something we looked forward to every day. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!"

"Cockroaches in the room, shower is broken. Impossible to swim in the ocean as its one big parking for boats and water full of oil/diesel. Swimming pools are good, but Kids park is very old and rusty"
