"Really enjoyed my stay here"

"We have been waiting to come to this resort for over two years and sadly it was very disappointing. The resort itself is absolutely beautiful and very clean. The front desk staff were very welcoming. Unfortunately we found a dead cockroach in our room as soon as we entered it. There was also a small cockroach that crawled across our table at the Blind Butcher as soon as we sat down. It made us wonder what was in the kitchen. When we told one of the staff members the lady responded by saying...

"Wow I don’t have anything negative about this resort. Everything was amazing. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The food was always delicious. The room was very clean and beautiful. I will definitely be returning soon."

"The property is great however the aAC in the rooms is not needs to be set to 20. The hot water runs out, and there is no dishwasher. The property is great and has 2 rooms and a room and a small extra room with a bunk bed. As a recommendation to the owner I would say to leave basic condiments in the kitchen ex: salt pepper and olive oil it would make the experience a lot better."

"Second time here and it’s still as amazing as ever. Service, cleanliness and food are top notch! Resort is a bit older than other resorts around and could use some updating but they keep everything extremely clean. I do wish Sanctuary Town was still part of the all inclusive package but unfortunately it’s not. Pools are great and the restaurant Wok is a must! We can’t wait to go back!"

For context, the St. Regis next door clearly meets true five-star standards and highlights the difference. That said, the food quality at Eden Roc is very good, and the villas are spacious. "This is best place to stay for luxury and relaxing. If you are looking for an all inclusive resort this is not it. If you want fine dinning , sophistication with great ceremony and amenities this is the place to go."

"The room smelled and felt humid and moldy. AC was not working and when it did it only went down to 74 degrees. The power went out as well as the water on 2 of my stays. No appliances but had a sandwich maker which was way too scratched to use. Towels were provided every two days but apparently, no toilet paper was given even when you offered to pay neither towels. If it was just an apartment it should have stated that. But entering the room aesthetically not pleasing. Mirrors all stained or just...
